Late Pleistocene to Holocene paleoenvironmental records derived from lake sediments. Impacts of climate change on hydrologic systems and the land surface. Anthropogenic impacts on lacustrine systems, especially chemical and magnetic records of airborne pollution. Environmental magnetism, especially records of glaciation and other catchment processes.
